Highly accessible area suitable for specialty stores requiring large premises. Suitable for an outlet village, car dealerships and hardware stores, among others. The first commercial services have been launched. Planning has been made with new commercial operations and services in mind.

A direct motorway connection to Helsinki and Vaalimaa. Located in the intersection of the Helsinki–Vaalimaa–St. Petersburg motorway (E18) and the access road to the centre of Hamina. The distance to the centre of Hamina is less than 4 km, and it takes roughly 10 minutes to drive to Kotka’s Karhula on the motorway. Stops for local transport services between Kotka and Hamina are located within walking distance (less than 1 km). The services that have been launched so far include a commercial centre that sells groceries, fish products and processed fish, as well as a restaurant/café.
